Sonus Interiors® COMPANY HISTORY
Founded in 1989 by Armin Reinhart and his son Mike Reinhart, Sonus Interiors® began as Sonus Acoustics, Inc., specializing in acoustical ceiling solutions for commercial buildings. Initially focused solely on ceiling construction, the company quickly recognized the need to adapt to market changes. In response to increasing demand for combined ceiling and flooring services, Sonus Interiors® expanded into flooring installation in 1995 under Mike Reinhart's sole ownership. This shift led to the rebranding as Sonus Interiors®, Inc. in 1996, reflecting the company's broader service offerings.
Over the years, Sonus Interiors® has grown its portfolio to include ceramic tile, furnishings, interior design, specialty products, and window treatments, positioning itself as a comprehensive provider of interior solutions. In 2019, the company became a certified Kimball dealer, further expanding its range of high-quality interior products.
Today, Sonus Interiors® operates with six divisions and a team of over 150 dedicated professionals, including 40+ union carpenters and 40+ expert flooring installers. As a leading subcontractor in commercial construction, Sonus Interiors® is committed to delivering innovative, top-quality interior solutions for projects of all sizes.
