SPS Tower was a renovation of the exterior ground floor outdoor space. Currently, the SPS Tower is the only building in downtown Minneapolis, with the exception of the government center, to offer a large outdoor green area with trees and a lawn known as the “Turf Club”. The renovation included the addition of a new outdoor bar with countertop seating, wood trellis system and upgraded outdoor landscaping. Sonus Interiors provided the outdoor ceiling and aluminum wrapped Geolam wall trellis system over the outside bar/gathering area.
